Version 3 of the Parleys platform will allow you to setup your own space where you can publish your own (private/public) presentations. More information is available at here.

* Where can I manually download the AIR file ?

The BETA AIR runtime for Linux does not yet allow automatic installation of the air application triggered from the browser.
This is why you can download the Parleys.com air file manually here.
