How can I get a Company/Group Subscription to Parleys?

If you provide us the Parleys.com user names and invoice information (Company name, purchase order, contact name, address and VAT) we can provide you a PDF invoice and create the related subscriptions.

A company/group subscription is linked to one selected channel.

Does Parleys.com offer a group discount?

We offer a 25% discount above 20 subscribers for one group.

How do I make a group subscription?

Please provide us the names (first -and last name, email) of each person and we'll make sure they receive an group subscription invitation email. We'll also provide you one invoice (in PDF) for the complete group.

How can I cancel my subscription?

  • Log into your paypal control panel.
  • Click on your history tab.
  • Find the subscription in your history and click on it.
  • After the screen redraws, you will be given the option to cancel the subscription or renew it. Select cancel.
  • You may also find it by doing an advanced search using your subscription number.

Your Parleys subscription will remain valid until your subscription expires.

Is my subscription still valid after cancellation?

Yes, a canceled subscription is valid until it expires.

Do you support other merchants?

For the moment we only support Paypal, however we'll add other merchants to the platform in 2011.

Where can I download the Desktop client?

We include a link in the browser client but you can also download it manually @ www.parleys.com/desktop/

Where can I log technical issue's?

We've a dedicated Issue tracking system where you can post bugs and enhancements requests @ jira.parleys.com/browse/PLT
